Refund policy

  1. BEADING SUPPLIES: Eligible beading products may be returned within 90 days of the order shipment date for a refund with the original payment method used with Eos Designs Studio. We are not able to handle product exchanges. Bead Supply products which are not eligible for return include: 
    * Clearance sale items, and any item which was a special order for a customer which was not otherwise in our stock.
    * Pre-Cut products such as chain, wire, fabric, leather or cord purchased by the foot or yard.
    * Opened packaged items such as bead strands which have been cut, opened finding bags, seed beads and Delica seed beads. 
    * Books & Magazines
    Returned beading products must be in their original condition and packaging or a 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total. If a non-defective items which was part of volume pricing discount applied, the refund credit will be adjusted based on quantities returned and kept.
    2. CLASS REGISTRATIONS: Class Registrations are FINAL three business days prior to first class. No Refunds or Transfers for cancellations less than three business days. If sick on the day of class, students may request a makeup, scheduled by instructor, during another class period. Makeups cannot be used as credit for new classes or sessions of a class like the Studio Classes. We reserve right to cancel class for insufficient enrollment (<4) and the student will receive prompt refund or request credit for another class. Reservations cannot be held without prepayment. Use of tools and workspace is included in the cost of the class. Space is limited to students only. Please do not bring children or guests to class, unless they are registered.
    3. JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES: We will accept returns for items that have not been worn within 10 days of purchase. Special order pieces are not returnable and are final sale.
    4. REPAIR POLICY: If an item purchased through us needs to be repaired, please contact our store for assistance and when shipping the item back, please pack securely and insure package.
