February Classes for Kids & Teems

We’re thrilled to announce a series of fun and creative jewelry-making classes for kids and teens, offered in collaboration with local community organizations!

Young makers can explore essential techniques like knotting, stringing, wire work, and weaving in our 4-session workshops with the Marblehead Recreation & Parks starting February 3rd & 4th. Celebrate creativity on February 14th with a Valentine’s Day beading activity at the Marblehead Abbot Public Library. Looking for something fun over break? Join our 4-day February school vacation workshop with Swampscott Parks & Recreation Parks and Recreation! Plus, we’re offering Brown Bag Jewelry Making Workshops on school early release days and two special jewelry project classes right in our studio. Don’t miss these fantastic opportunities for young artists to learn, create, and shine!

Learn the art of wire wrapping and bead embellishment to transform a cheese knife, appetizer spoon, and fork into elegant, custom pieces. Then, paint a set of matching hors d'oeuvre bowls to complete your personalized serving collection. Perfect for entertaining or gifting, this hands-on workshop is ideal for beginners and seasoned crafters alike. Make Your New Years Resolution Bracelet During Open Table Hours in January!

What resolutions will you make to yourself this year? To live a healthier lifestyle, earn a better income, be more assertive, travel or embark on a creative journey?  Cast those resolutions in stone at this fun beading event. Learn how to string healing stones and charms of intention to commemorate, motivate and remind yourself of your 2025 goals.  We will demonstrate the proper way to string a bracelet with stretch cording (and hide that knot!).  Registration is required for a 1 hour time slot at which participants will make their bracelets.  To Register, head to our Class Page and sign up for a one hour time slot under Open Table.

Cost is $10 plus your materials (depending on materials chosen).

Want to stop in and string a necklace or bracelet?  We offer Open Table hours on with a reservation and the days listed below.  Patrons are welcome to shop for supplies and then make simple strung jewelry,  stretch bracelets or charm necklaces & bracelets under light supervision at our Bead Bar.  A reservation is for 1 hour in duration.  The table can accommodate up to 8 people.  There is a participation fee of $10 per head,  paid when you make your reservation and then the cost of materials chosen is paid on the day of the event.  Open Table hours are not classes, but we will be on hand to help you design your jewelry and help with the clasping and finishing.  Make your reservation on on Class page under Open Table!
