- We ship orders out every business day, Monday through Friday, excluding Massachusetts
state and Federal holidays. Orders are processed in the order received. Generally, we will
ship out within 24 hours unless there is a problem with your order, in which event, we will
contact you by email.
- All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (First Class Package, Ground Advantage or
Priority Mail Service) and we will provide you with a tracking number once the item is shipped
so that you can track and get up to date information on shipping.
-We provide free U.S. domestic economy shipping for via USPS for orders over $50
- If your tracking number indicates that your item has been delivered and you have not seen
your package, please contact your local USPS office as they will have more information if
there was a problem with delivery.
- The USPS considers a domestic package lost after 20 days from shipping. For international
packages, the time is 40 days. If you have not received your package by these dates, please
contact us so that we can help make the situation right.
